You will also have the opportunity to share a consulting case with your classmates, and receive peer consulting following a structure process in a safe environment.

Charlotte Malther is founding member and senior consulting at Malther Consulting, Denmark. Charlotte has more than 25 years of experience as a leader, project manager and consulting in both IT and the public domain. She founded Charlotte Malther Consulting in 2004 to focus on her work on quality and processes. Charlotte offers support in all areas of process introduction, facilitation, consulting, coaching and mentoring for project managers and leaders. She holds a diploma in Corporate Governance by the Business Institute in Aalborg. Charlotte has a natural authority, and a strong focus on the really important and right things. She brings her long-term experience and knowledge about all kinds of organisations with her. As a facilitator, she provides room and structure for successful work.
