Secrets of Agile Teamwork this June 5-7, 2007 in Portland, Oregon. This is a public workshop, open to 12 people.
We'll be focusing on the interpersonal skills that enable people to be effective team members. We'll be looking at communication, conflict, shared leadership, and forming and nurturing teams.
